How a project with us works.

  1. Three sentences from you

    Tell us briefly who you are, what you're working on and where you need help.

  2. First conversation

    In 30 minutes, we answer open questions and decide whether we're the right people for the project.

  3. Proposal

    It sets out the scope, price, timeline and what we need from you.

  4. Production

    Once you approve the proposal, we begin. We agree each review stage with you and hand over the finished project at the end.

Romi and Matthias.

Romi develops content, designs visual identities and edits videos. She studied biology and worked in field research and public engagement. Matthias builds websites and applications and handles programming, tracking and technology. His background is in mechanical engineering, CAD and process standardisation.

Outside our agency work, we look after five hectares of land, create biodiversity-focused gardens and wildlife habitats, and run a small apiary called Vulkanrot.
