Initial Situation

Fabian, owner of Honigraum, wanted to take his brand a clear step forward:
Away from the old collective design – toward an independent, modern identity that makes quality, craftsmanship, and connection to nature visible.

His request:
A yellow label with his existing logo, capturing the essence of his honey – while also being legally compliant, practical in everyday use, and aesthetically high-quality.

Our Goal

High-quality, functional design

A design that combines premium quality with practicality and integrates seamlessly into Fabian’s workflow.

Sustainable execution

Using materials and printing techniques that align with his philosophy.

Design & Special Features

We combined clean lines, warm colors, and a thoughtful detail:
A hand-drawn daisy illustration, emphasizing the natural aspect of beekeeping and giving the label a distinctive character.

Practical Requirements

To ensure the design not only looks good but also works in practice:

  • Pre-printed expiration date – ready to use immediately, no extra processing
  • Water-soluble paper – easy removal when jars are returned, ideal for recycling and reuse
  • Legally compliant design – including all mandatory food labeling information

Refinement: Cross-Stripe

An additional cross-stripe on the jar provides:

  • Premium look
  • Better visibility on the shelf
  • Stronger brand recognition

Social Media & Brand Presence

To strengthen the new brand identity online, we also produced:

  • Product photos for Facebook & website
  • Short video for social media, showcasing the new design

Result

A label that seems simple at first glance – but on closer inspection reveals well-considered details:
From the illustration to the choice of materials, it reflects Fabian’s values: quality, sustainability, and love for craftsmanship.

A harmonious interplay of design, functionality, and brand message – exactly what direct marketers need to make their products visible and strengthen customer loyalty.
